About this Composition:
This is the busiest time in history. A time of algorithm, paradox and regular irregularity. Life is an ostinato at times, perhaps? Robotics, machine learning, quantum computers drawing ever closer. Bustling cities, virtual and real, online 24/7. Weeds grow through the cracks, finding light amongst the darkness.
 
We are all connected and have a unique, yet similar path. We must find the points of light, journey beyond the stars, to the edges of our mind, tapping into our vivid imagination.
 
This is not an easy piece to play fluently, as there are melodic and harmonic accents and stretches that must be practiced into the hand rotation. Smaller hands can roll the tenth stretches if needed. Otherwise play as a left hand chord. Where is Mr. Rachmaninoff when you need him? Five and six note passages are the order of the day.
