Description:

Multiple Note Disorder by Justin James is a cinematic electronic track blending classical piano writing with a 90s-inspired house and techno framework.

Built from piano riffs layered over bass and drums, the music develops through evolving textures and rhythmic momentum. The track moves between minimalist pulse and fuller climactic sections, creating a sense of motion and atmosphere.

Drawing inspiration from 90s electronic production, the piece combines classical gestures with contemporary electronic structure. The result is a hybrid work that sits somewhere between concert writing and electronic soundscape.

Multiple Note Disorder is ideal for film, digital media, background music and licensing contexts requiring rhythmic drive and cinematic electronic texture.

A Note from Justin:

After practising some difficult Rachmaninoff passages while preparing to record my second album Piano V.2, I returned to the studio and created this piano, bass and drums track.

It was written in the 90s, and carries elements of that era. The idea was to take classical piano riffs and place them within a house and techno framework.

It’s not quite a concerto and not quite a 90s anthem. It’s visual, cinematic and climactic, weaving in and out of textures.
